How to heat it up

    Keep your meal in the freezer until you use it, then heat it straight away.

    Choose how you heat it up

    • Microwave

      Pierce a few holes in the film and heat it in the tray.

    • Pan

      Take your meal out of the tray and stir-fry it until it's hot all the way through.

    • Oven

      That works too. The time and temperature are on the back of your tray.

    Note: not every meal works every way. The Rotirol, the Chipotle wrap and the Pinsa can only be heated in the oven.

Do the meals stay frozen during delivery?

Yes. The box comes with an insulated bag and dry ice. That keeps the meals frozen for up to 48 hours, even if you're not home. You don't need ice packs, so we don't include them.

How soon will my order arrive?

Order on a working day before 10:00 and your box arrives that same evening between 17:00 and 22:00. Order later, at the weekend or on a public holiday, and delivery moves to the next working day.

How long does it keep?

The best-before date is on every tray. Keep the meal in the freezer until you use it, then heat it straight away. We don't recommend refreezing.

Will it fit in my freezer?

A tray measures 186 × 136 mm, with a height of 35, 45 or 53 mm depending on the portion — it lies flat in most freezer drawers.

How do I heat it up?

Microwave: Pierce a few holes in the film and heat it in the tray. Pan: Take your meal out of the tray and stir-fry it until everything is hot. Oven: Also possible. The time and temperature are on the back of your tray.

Please note: not every meal can be heated every way. The Rotirol, the Chipotle wrap and the Pinsa can only be heated in the oven.

What if it has thawed?

Thawed? Then keep your meal in the fridge and eat it within 48 hours. We don't recommend refreezing.

Am I tied to a subscription?

No. You order each time you need it: single meals or a variety package. No subscription, no notice period, no automatic renewal.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs €9.95 and gets cheaper the more you order: €7.50 from €75, €4.95 from €100, €2.50 from €125 and free from €150. The Netherlands and Belgium pay the same rate.

Can I choose which meals are in it?

Yes. Your box is already filled with seven meals. Tap a meal in the box and pick another one from the same portion size. The price stays the same, and you can pick the same flavour more than once.

Which portion size do I get?

One portion size per try-out package, and it depends on your goal: 350 g for a lunch or a lighter dinner, 425 g for a regular dinner, 570 g for a big eater or a heavy training day.

A few trays arrived damaged.

That's down to the combination of freezing cold and weight: trays get brittle and a large box is heavy. Send us a photo and we'll send a replacement delivery or refund the damaged trays.

Who delivers my order, and where?

Trunkrs delivers all our orders, in the Netherlands and in a large part of Belgium. You get track & trace, so the delivery window becomes more precise throughout the day.

Can I return my order?

No. Deep-frozen meals are food, so they are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Is something wrong with your order? Contact our customer service and we'll sort it out.
