Put them in the freezer
The meals arrive frozen with dry ice. They fit stacked in a regular freezer drawer and keep for up to a year. That way you're always well prepared.

Six minutes, done
Meal straight from the freezer, 6 minutes in the microwave at 800 watts, stir halfway. Thawed, it takes about 3 minutes. Check the back of the meal for heating instructions.

What parents ask us before they order.
How many meals do we need?
Look at which evenings you want to eat together and with how many people. Our advice: order for at least a month, as that gives you the most benefit. The more you order, the lower the shipping costs.
How long does heating up take?
From the freezer: 6 minutes in the microwave at 800 watts, stirring halfway. Defrosted: about 3 minutes. You can also use the oven: 20 minutes at 120 degrees. The exact instructions are on the back of every meal.
Do I need to take them out of the freezer the day before?
No, you don't have to. You heat them straight from the freezer, just stir halfway. If you defrost the meal in the fridge first and then heat it, you always get the best quality.
Are we tied to a subscription?
No. You order when you want, as often or as little as you like. Nothing renews automatically.
How long do they keep?
In the freezer at minus 18 degrees or colder, up to a year after the production date. The date is on the back of the meal. Once defrosted, a meal keeps for three days in the fridge.
When do you deliver?
Monday to Friday, between 17:00 and 22:00. Order on a working day before 10:00 and the box arrives the same evening. Prefer another day? You choose it at checkout. You get track and trace. The package comes in an insulated box with dry ice and stays frozen for up to 48 hours.
