Refund policy
Thank you for your order from SportMeals. We do our best to deliver high-quality, fresh meals. Because we work with perishable goods, specific return conditions apply. Below we explain clearly what is and isn't possible.
1. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
Most products in our webshop are perishable and therefore fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal (article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions). This means you cannot return or cancel your order free of charge once it has been shipped.
Returns are only possible in the following cases:

The product was delivered damaged

You received the wrong product
2. Damaged goods
Did your order arrive damaged? Then follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of receipt

Send these photos with your order number to support@sportmeals.com
We will review your report as soon as possible and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
3. Incorrect delivery
Did you receive the wrong product? Then contact us straight away:

Send an e-mail to support@sportmeals.com with your order number

State which product you should have received and what you received
Our team will give you return instructions (if needed) and make sure you still receive the right product.
4. Return procedure (only after approval)
If a return applies (e.g. for an incorrect delivery), follow these steps:

First contact us at support@sportmeals.com

Wait for our return instructions — do not just send products back

Pack the product securely and hygienically

Send it to the return address we give you, within the given period
5. Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned goods:

We refund the purchase price of the product in question (if applicable)

Shipping is only refunded if the mistake was on our side
