Put them in the freezer
The meals arrive frozen with dry ice. They fit stacked in a regular freezer drawer and keep for up to a year. That way you're always prepared.

Six minutes, done
Meal from the freezer, 6 minutes in the microwave at 800 watts, stir halfway. If defrosted, it takes about 3 minutes. For heating instructions, see the back of the meal.

How many meals fit in your freezer?
More than you think. Each tray measures 186 × 136 mm and stacked, they fit in a standard freezer drawer. Joey shows you.

In your freezer at −18 °C or colder, up to a year after the production date. So you really don't have to eat them all this week.

No. You order one time at a time. No subscription, no automatic renewal, no notice period.
What is the minimum number of meals I can order?
Seven. You can combine them freely: single meals, a package or both.
When will my order be delivered?
Order on a working day before 10:00 and Trunkrs delivers the same evening between 17:00 and 22:00. Orders placed later move to the next working day. Prefer another day? You choose it at checkout. We deliver in the Netherlands and a large part of Belgium, always with track & trace.
What does delivery cost?
Under € 75, you pay € 9,95. The more you order, the lower the rate, and from € 150 we deliver for free. You can find the full scale on the shipping page.
What if I'm not home?
The box ships with dry ice at −80 °C. This keeps the meals frozen for up to 48 hours in transit.
How long do the meals keep?
Keep it in your freezer at −18 °C or colder for up to a year after the production date. The date is printed on the back of the meal.
How do I heat up a meal?
Pierce holes in the film and microwave the meal for 6 minutes at 800 watts, straight from the freezer. Stir halfway through. If it's thawed, 3 minutes is enough. You can also use a pan or the oven. The exact instructions are on the back of every meal. Heat the Rotirol, Chipotle Wrap and Pinsa in the oven only.
