What's in the starter package?
Ten meals in the portion that fits your goal, plus two free extras: a breakfast and a snack. You can see which ones on each package.
Can I swap meals?
Yes. The ten meals are ready and waiting for you. On the product page, you swap any meal for another one in the same portion. You can swap the free breakfast and the free snack too, for a different breakfast or snack.
Which portion is right for me?
That depends on your goal: 350 g for Lose weight, 425 g for Get lean, and 570 g for Strength & recovery and Build muscle. In every portion, you choose from the same meals.
How long does heating take?
From the freezer: 6 minutes in the microwave at 800 watts, stirring halfway. Thawed: about 3 minutes. The exact instructions are on the back of every meal.
Am I tied to a subscription?
No. You order when you want. Nothing renews automatically.
When is it delivered?
Monday to Friday, between 17:00 and 22:00. Order on a weekday before 10:00 and the box arrives the same evening. Prefer another day? You choose it at checkout. The box is full of dry ice and stays frozen for up to 48 hours.
How long do the meals keep?
In the freezer at minus 18 degrees or colder, for up to a year after the production date. The date is on the back of the meal.
What if I don't like it?
Then we'll sort it out. Send a message to customer service and we'll find a solution together.
